简易 室内 阳台 水耕三 步骤
让他们晒太阳 或者 照 灯光 （LED / 日光灯 / T5 fluorescent light）。

(一) 海绵育苗
把种子 塞进 海绵 缝隙 里头。
让 海绵 泡着 清水。
放置 种子 之后，每日检查 水份， 需要时添水。
然后 等待 约 2 至 4 星期 让它们发芽，生根，成长。
如果种子新鲜 健康， 第二日 几乎 全部 发芽， 两周后 它将会是这个样子：
记得每日 检查 水位， 以避免 海绵 与 冒芽种子 干枯。
如此这般 就让他们 在 清水 里头 待着， 至少 2 至 4 星期，让 根须 成长。

(二) 把 水耕系统 安装起来 调入营养液
放进去 干净 清水，
调 入 营养剂，
把全部 方位 都 设定好，
检查 pH 酸碱度 与 TDS 杂质，
之后每周 检测 调整一次。

不会 发臭， 不招蚊子 ，全程 无 虫害 。

(三) 移植 定植
把 海绵育苗 放进 小篮子
把 培育 了 30日 的 小菜苗，

小心翼翼的 夹入 小篮子，
把 小篮子 置入 水耕系统，开电，
让他们晒太阳 或者 照 灯光 （LED / 日光灯 / T5 fluorescent light）。
所以， 把 他们 设置 于 夕照 方向 的 地方 为 最佳，
当 予 室内 增添 不少 凉意，
也可以 在 夜晚 时 提供 昏暗 微弱 的 紫 红 光。

然后等待，时不时 稍微 检查 一下 水位，水质 与 酸碱度。
一个月 后 逐渐 开始 可以 收成。
之后 长期 随时 供应 各类 新鲜蔬果。
一般 适合 水耕法 的 各类蔬果
例如 菜心， 小白菜， 莴苣香菜, Lettuces , Spinaches，
